The shipping charge depends on the weight and size of your order, the shipping method, and your distance from Fort Collins, Colorado. All packages are insured for the value of their content. This fee is $.35 per $100. Shipping is based on UPS rate charts, but we may ship via UPS or FedEx.

2) Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes, we do; however, only UPS 2nd, UPS Next-Day Air, FedEx 2nd or NextDay Air, and USPS deliver to Hawaii, Alaska and other non-continental U.S. addresses. UPS Ground or FedEx 3Day do NOT deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands.

3) Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands?
Yes, we do. However, only UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next-Day Air, FedEx 2 Day or Overnight , and USPS deliver to Hawaii, Alaska and other non-continental US addresses. UPS Ground, 3 Day Select or FedEx Express Saver do NOT deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please order by phone to receive accurate shipping rates.

4) Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes we do, but we add a surcharge to the order. You will have to order by phone for proper charges.

5) Do you ship to international addresses?
Yes we do. Payment must be made by credit card. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs. Our Web site does not calculate international shipping costs automatically. You may e-mail us so that we can send you an estimate of the shipping cost for the items you are interested in.

6) What is the processing fee?
All orders under $49 incur a $10 processing fee. Orders over $50 do not incur a processing fee. Small orders take a prohibitive amount of time to process in relation to their overall value.

7) When will my order be shipped?
All in-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Out-of-stock items generally ship in 1-3 weeks. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are processed the next business day and will ship 1-2 days after that.

8) How long does it take to ship to my address?
Check estimated UPS Ground delivery time in the U.S. to help you choose a shipping method. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select are normally delivered in one, two, and three days after shipping, respectively.
Weekends and holidays are not counted in the UPS estimated delivery time. For instance, if you ship a package on Friday with Next-Day Air shipping method, the normal delivery time is Monday. Saturday delivery is available from UPS for an additional charge. Saturday deliveries must be shipped Next Day Air.

9) How do I track my package?
When we ship your package you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Take that number to our "Track your Package Page" and type in your tracking number. You will then be able to find out where it is and when it will arrive.
