I received your product and was pleased. I put it painted it and put it aside. this past weekend my 2 son''s age 26 and 21 started putting it together for me and started laughing.. they asked me had I read your directions.. which I hadn''t at that time. Thank you so much for your fine product and the humor in the directions.. I also brought the instructions to work and read them to the staff so they could have a monday morning chuckle too... Thanks again for the Jolly rancher and the "big honking washer" made my day!

I bought an easel online for my girlfriend for a Christmas present. She was out of town and I needed to receive it before she got back. I called Xylem and they took the time to promptly ship my order that day. I ordered it via ground on Friday and received it on Tuesday in perfect condition. I wish all my shopping was this easy. Xylem is a very well run business and sells great products at a great price.

My art exhibit on April 10th, titled "Gathering the Monsters", was a huge success! The organizers for the Crime Victims Awareness Day were very pleased with my display and said it looked very elegant and professional on my black Xylem easels. They told me that my unique art with it's professional display makes a tough topic (of crime victims issues) palatable and really helped draw people in to their conference. They want me back for a three day exhibit in the main lobby next year!

The easels I ordered from you were perfect for my artwork and really made my exhibit stand out and draw attention. Not only did I get numerous compliments on my work, I got a lot of compliments for the overall set up of my display and the "classy" easels. Quite a few people asked where I got the easels from and of course, I didn't hesitate to tell them where. Thanks for the Jolly Rancher! I had to call and talked to Tony about why it was there... no one has ever included a treat for assembling anything! He explained that it was to help ease the frustration... which it certainly did. The experience wasn't that difficult and I'm impressed with the sturdiness of the design (I got the continuous leg easel). I can't wait to use it. Your staff is fun and helpful and your product is affordable for us starving artists who need good equipment. I appreciate your sense of humor as well. Have no fear, this is not a letter of complaint. On the contrary, I am writing to let you know that my co-worker and I were recently pleasantly amused while putting together the easel we purchased from your company.Our personality types are of the sort that we neither discarded nor examined the directions completely; rather, we jumped right in and went to the diagram for help. Of course, the Jolly Rancher was a big help in keeping spirits up - there was a slight tension over who would get it, but in the end I decided to be the bigger person and reluctantly let my co-worker have it. It was probably a flavor I didn't like, anyway.I was also happy to see that you employ individuals from Foothills Gateway. We have a similar organization here in Providence. Developmentally disabled individuals bake and sell some pretty scrumptious cookies at The Cookie Place. So, being a non-profit type and generally suspicious of for-profit agencies, I thank you for renewing my hope in the for-profit world.

Just wanted to let you know how much I like this easel. I received it today... really fast shipping, and it is perfect! I have been looking for something like this for a while now. I am using it to place my daughter's engagement photo on at her upcoming wedding. They are using a matted photo in a silver frame for the guests to sign (the mat) in lieu of a guest book. Anyway, the easel is perfect, I got it in the pewter, and I am most pleased.

I wanted to let you know that the easel arrived today and everything is just perfect. The good news is, "I'm so delighted with everything." The bad news is, "This is a shock." Orders don't usually turn out this great.

I just had to tell you how much I love my easel. It is the one with the leaves. I had a favorite print and when we moved, I had no where to hang it. (It has autumn leaves in it, surrounding a red fox, and now it looks better than it ever did.) I placed it in my dining room and it has become the focal point of that room. It is just so beautiful.
